NexOSS Credit Check Credit Check is a value added module of the NexOSS platform. This feature may be used with external billing systems or with the NexOSS Rating Engine to monitor the running total of a wholesale customer's credit status. Credit Check automatically enables or disables a wholesale customer's right to originate VoIP calls based on its net settlement credit balance. The chart below illustrates how Credit Check enables or disables a customer's ability to originate VoIP traffic based on their net settlement running total. When the customer's net settlement running total , or account balance, falls below the red Disable threshold, all calls originating from the customer are blocked. However, calls will still be routed to the customer for termination and the customer's settlement account will be credited with termination fees. When the customer's net settlement account balance rises above the green Enable threshold, Credit Check will automatically restore the customer's ability to originate calls.
