The TransNexus OSS/BSS solution is an Acme Packet Open Session Routing Ecosystem application which provides least cost routing for inter-state, intra-state, local and international calls.
Cisco Systems has implemented OSP in all 2600, 3600, 3700, 5300, 5400 and 5800 series VoIP gateways.  The NexSRS server also inter-operates with Cisco's gatekeeper and SIP proxy via a GKTMP interface.
TransNexus has been an active contributor to Asterisk since 2004.  Asterisk V1.2.0 and later versions supports OSP peering for SIP communications.  Asterisk V1.6 support OSP peering for SIP, H323 and IAX communications
SIP Express Router supports OSP peering.
The combination of NexSRS and NexOSS provides a comprehensive Least Cost Routing solution for the Metaswitch softswitch
