TransNexus partners with NEC to provide interconnect platform for NTT Communications Clearinghouse
Atlanta, Georgia (USA) October 25, 2002 –– TransNexus, Inc., the leading provider of secure, open interconnect solutions, has partnered with NEC Corporation of Japan, to provide an Open Settlement Protocol (OSP) clearinghouse platform to NTT Worldwide Telecommunications Corporation (NTTWT) a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com). Specifically, NTTWT has selected the solutions offered through this partnership. It consists of the TransNexus OSP NexusTM Server and NexOSSTM Manager, coupled with the Mediaring VoizBridgeTM signaling proxy, for its multi-protocol/multi-vendor compatible VoIP clearinghouse services. NEC Corporation will be the system integrator, as well as, equipment provider to NTT.
