Sr. Account Representative

Highly specialized software development company, focused on applications for next generation VoIP telecom networks, is seeking a Senior Account Representative.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  1. Sell new products and services to current and potential accounts.
  2. Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts in the telecom service provider market.
  3. Track and resolve all customer issues or problems.
  4. Identify new revenue opportunities with current and potential accounts.

Experience/Skills Required:

  1. Three or more years experience selling to telecommunication service providers.
  2. Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.    

Location: Midtown Atlanta or home office

Travel: 20%
