About TransNexus TransNexus, Inc. has been a pioneer in VoIP clearing and settlement technology since its founding in 1997. Initially, TransNexus was a VoIP clearinghouse providing interconnect routing, settlement billing and financial settlement among VoIP carriers. In 1998, TransNexus lead the VoIP industry with Cisco and 3Com by establishing the ETSI Open Settlement Protocol (OSP) - the international standard for secure routing and accounting of inter-domain IP transactions. In 2001 TransNexus divested its VoIP clearinghouse service to focus solely on providing software solutions for VoIP routing, accounting and security. TransNexus provides its Operations and Billing Support System (OSS/BSS) software platform to major VoIP carriers worldwide including VerizonBusiness, NTT, Chungwha Telecom, Telkom Indonesia, Primus Telecommunications and others. TransNexus, founded by Jim Dalton, is a 2000 graduate of the Advanced Technology Development Center at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
